Work-life balance in the Tissue Industry

This is Jerome Bareth, Continuous Improvement Manager for three of Resolute Tissue’s plants—Miami, Orlando, and Calhoun. Although his job is very demanding and time-consuming, over the years he’s developed a healthy work-life balance. Joining a triathlon team helped him find that balance.

“Qualifying for triathlons takes a lot of training, but if you commit to something—in both your professional and personal life—you can succeed. I’ve taken part in more than 30 triathlons, primarily the Ironman competition, which is the most challenging.” – Jerome Bareth
