Resolute’s Hialeah Mill Donates 1,200 Cases of Tissue Products

A dedicated group of employees from Resolute’s Hialeah (Florida) tissue mill once again got into the giving spirit last week, loading up a truck with the mill’s donation of 1,200 cases of bathroom tissue and paper towels to Feeding South Florida. A local chapter of Feeding America, a national network of food banks, Feeding South Florida serves the counties of Broward, Miami-Dade, Monroe and Palm Beach. Each year, the group donates 117,998,920 pounds (53,523,409 kilograms) of food to South Floridians struggling with hunger, and like many charitable organizations, is seeing unprecedented need for their services because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
